The atmosphere of the training centre derives itself from the conflict of steel elements of the interior and sports equipment installed there. Contrary to an ordinary fitness centre crammed with steel in the form of body building machines, in the Powerfit facility steel puts a final touch on the space and exemplifies club’s philosophy (“Everybody can buy iron (= barbells), but we do it a different way.”).
The critical moments of colourful sports history associated with one’s indomitable will or, sometimes, with a lucky chance accompanying frequently the creative process, too, are shown on the “wall of bygone glory”. Those individual milestones are personified stories and their time axis ends typically – with the entry into the active zone of the club.
